didn’t get a chance to hit the gym today, but I am feeling pretty sick. I think I might have a stomach virus or something. ugh! oh well, hopefully this goes away by tomorrow because ITS SWIMMING DAY. 

also ate pretty decent today so im happy about that! I’ve been really good at cutting out soda/junk food. I’m proud :)

gym workout -
elliptical - AT LEAST 15 to warm up, ultimately aim for 30.

circuit strength training/muscle/rep machines - reps of 12 x3

stationary bike for 30 minutes - intervals and resistance

stretching/pilates/random - 20 mins

= 1 hour and a half of fitness!
do this AT LEAST 3x a week alongside ZUMBA on Thursdays and at-least one day swimming laps with aydan/active date. eat as clean as possible and be IN BED when hunger hits. once weather gets nicer WALK HOME NO EXCUSES. also walk to friends houses/walk dogs. make sure to log calories until familiar with what I should aim to eat in a day. also drink 10 cups of water a day.
get enough sleep and take my vitamins :)
I CAN DO THIS

at home leg workout: 

do each move for 20 seconds, followed by a 10 second rest. There is one move missing though, which is 180 degree squats (optional): four squats, do a 180 degree jump, then do 4 squats again. If you are advanced, you can do 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off EIGHT times for each move, which gets pretty intense.

eh, kinda went off it I am just trying to eat clean now and having maybe one shake for breakfast! I like it, it really fills me up :)

fucking bullshit it what it is, im so done with be preconceived as a bad person. 

I’ve been over-eating WAY TO MUCH over the past couple days, ahhhhhh.

i need to learn how to not binge and eat when I’m bored.

Today I am starting my 90 day challenge with Visalus shakes, and intend on sticking to it. I’ve attempted this before, and kind of half-assed my way through it. My mom has lost 25 pounds on this stuff, and we have a similar body type. I’ll keep you guys updated on my progress, and if anyone following me is doing the challenge let me know what you think of it! :)
